I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
