The oral hygienist that cleaned my teeth, was wonderful. She did a great job and I felt very comfortable while she worked on my teeth.

When I went back to see the dentist, it was a completely different experience. I felt like he was rushing, his "trainee" did most of the work and he left halfway through the procedure and never came back. It has been less than a week since my appointment and both fillings that he put in are now gone. He also ground down one of my molars, without telling me what he was doing, and never came back to smooth it out so now I have a rough tooth in the back of my mouth and I have no idea why he did it.

I have called the office and was told the office manager would call me back. I will update when I know what they plan to do to help me in this situation.

I have never had anything wrong with my teeth, I have only had to have one cavity filled before this experience, I have always been told I had great teeth, now I feel like that has been diminished by what they have done to my teeth. I am furious.
