The office is inviting but it needs to be managed better. I visited 16 times in 4 months and I ALWAYS waited at least 30mins after my scheduled appointment time just sitting in the waiting room before they called my name. This is NOT a high risk facility even though they advertise they are and they made me feel like my concerns were being address w/o addressing anything. This office doesn't have the technology or resources to be a high risk facility. I once reached out to the billing clerk Sharon and she barked at me in front of everyone... I was so embarssed. She didn't even help.
