They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
