I Visited this office based on a referral from another patient. Since then, the person who referred me has packed up and RUN out of this office.

RUDE staff (You know who you are, OLD LADY)
I was told "They were doing my a FAVOR by fixing my teeth."
Little do they realize, I was doing THEM a favor by parking my car in front of their office.

I would NEVER recommend this dentist. They all need remedial training in customer service.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.

I'm sure I should never return. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly.

They were rude and only in it for your money. I was late once, I rescheduled and came in and spent $ 960.00. Missed my cleaning appointment they set for 6 months later and they charged me!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.....They would rather have the 30 dollars, that they don't even tell you they will fine you, rather than keep you as a customer.
