The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They never update their equipment. I was scared something was going to break. disrespectful to WOMEN!
