I have an out-of-state insurance policy and my claim was billed twice and not paid even though I had coverage. I received a call from Brandy and she told me that she "washed her hands" of my claim, after only two months of fighting with the insurance company. Itold her I would contact my insurance company and see what the problem was. I had communicated with Brandy a few times about my claim, and I told her that I talked to my stepdad's HR department and she told me that she would get on the phone with them and get the bill taken care of. I then received my first bill in the mail from my dentist office saying the claim was still not paid so I called them and said that I was faxing my bill to the HR department and that the HR director had been on the phone with the insurance company fighting the claim. I was then told that I had 21 days from someone to pay the bill or I would be sent to collections. It has been six months from the time of my visit and my claim has been billed twice to my insurance company and I have only received 1 bill in the mail and they want to send me to collections. Needless to say I am not very pleased with this office!! Dr. Forbes is very friendly, but I do not like the staff! If you do not have a "clean" claim, where they bill your insurance and your insurance pays without any questions, I would not deal with them.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
