I became a new patient recently as an emergency case. I was in severe pain from a 9 year-old issue. The pain finally forced me to face my most dreaded fear.. THE DENTIST! I found Fenton Family Dental as a result of a Google/Yahoo search for emergency dental care. I read the posted reviews and visited their website. I then placed a call to inquire about this office and their practices.

The receptionist, Desiree, was very helpful, pleasant, compassionate and very encouraging as I explained my situation and my fears. She scheduled me for the next available appointment which would have been the following business day. That night, the pain progressed and I had to go to ER for antibiotics and stronger pain relief. Desiree called me the day of my missed appointment to check on me and reschedule my appointment.

The day of my visit of course I was still in pain as I feared for my life. **tears** Immediately Desiree and the rest of the office staff made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The new patient paperwork was short and sweet. Tawanna and Rachael, the dental assistants were very reassuring and very knowledgeable. They were also very patient as they answered my many rambling questions. This helped a great deal.

Now enters THE DENTIST! Long story short, I had an infected tooth and needed a root canal with a crown. Dr. Crawford never once made me feel bad about my situation. He was very kind and gentle, and always professional. At the end of my service I was wheeled to my car as the sedatives were still in my system. Nice touch for the big baby I was! LOL ;-) The office even called me at home to check on me.

This is the BEST office for those who suffer with huge fears of THE DENTIST! I can honestly say that I look forward to my next appointment with a big smile. I have already begun to share my new discovery of Fenton Family Dentistry and Dr. Crawford to family and friends!

When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.
