Dr Spolyar is staff orthodontist for oral cleft and craniofacial anomaly teams at Wm Beaumont Hospital and St John Providence hospitals with staff privileges at both hospitals.

Subspecialty services are for oral cleft and craniofacial anomaly patients; bone screw facilitated orthodontic movements for otherwise impossible treatments; hospital operating room privileges for oral cleft infant presurgical orthopedic treatment (Latham), and other special needs orthodontic patients.
Most insurances accepted, recommended payment plans are interest free, financing available with low or possibly no interest penalty available in the normal course of the business practice.
