I visited Dr Hayward regularly for nearly 20 years while I lived in Michigan and she knew me from when I was very little. She and her hygienist Paula always went the extra mile to get to know me and my family and provide us with the best dental care possible. If it weren't for the 12 hour drive now, I'd still be going to her office today.

Their staff is friendly, warm and professional. I've been going here for about 20 years. I have not had a bad experience. My only constructive criticism would be that they need to better schedule patients as it sometimes takes a long time for procedures if they are busy (not cleaning however).

I'd also like to see them upgrade their communication (email calendar appointments and reminders)

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
