This dental practice charges fairly high rates for their services. Front desk staff were not very welcoming. Hygienists are competent but many make the experience painful when it shouldn't be. Dr. Westfall does not spend much time with her patients. She misses easily diagnosed cavities and problem areas. (As noted by the new dentist we used after going to Dr. Westfall for a few years). Fillings that were done by Dr. Westfall would often fall out and have to be replaced. She always seemed to be seeing 2 or 3 or 4 patients at once and wasn't really focused on any of them. They also sent an invoice to collections two years after we stopped using them - even though we never received the invoice. The amount was small and it seems like their billing system and communication system is faulty. I would advise everyone to find a more competent dentist for the sake of their teeth.

Dr Westfall has been my families dentist since opening an her office on platt road. The experiences are always good, as they can be at the dentist :-)
