when calling to schedule the appt the receptionist was very cold, the nurse who worked with me was the sweetest person in the entire office, if i could go back just to see her i would. the dr herself has zero bedside manners, instead of reassuring me about my concerns and questions she just kind of glanced at my two issues and started lecturing me about things not concerning my questions and issues. i was written two scripts, not explained why or how they would work for me, just to go get them and come back in 4-6 weeks. i won't be returning- i will find another derm if needed to help with my issues should they arise again.
