The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Dr. Stutz and his staff are extremely attentive, polite and caring. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I feel he is the best doctor, let alone dermatologist, that I've ever been to. Excellent "bedside" manner, always with a smile and effective reassurance is given when needed, such as when I had skin cancer and was very freaked out about it. Dr. Stutz took the time to explain everything to me perfectly, ease my fears. Best of all, I had an excellent outcome. I can't express how happy I have been with this very caring and skilled doctor and his superb staff.
