They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
