I come up from Massachusetts to get my dental care at the Brighton Ave. Aspen Dental facility. The customer service person who set my appointments was extremely accommodating to my travel plans, and I felt like she was a neighbor by the time we were through. I find the dentists to be honest about what I need, even encouraging me that they did not agree with the findings of another dentist who had suggested about $4,000. of work. Instead, they said I just needed some minor work done, some issues were nonexistent and another could wait for considerable time and might even be optional. What a relief, No pressure. I waived the setting up of a cleaning appointment in 6 months and did not even get any objections. Work was careful, attitudes were concerned/ professional, the place was clean and cheerful, and they even take my dental discount plan. No flak, just care, care, care. That's why I travel up to Portland from Mass! Have not found a combination to equal this team anywhere in the Northern Mass./Nashua NH area.

Aspen Dental is very adamant about advertising emergency care... however when trying to be seen for my dental emergency, the best they could do was an appointment 10 days later or to come sit in the office and hope someone doesn't show up for an appointment. In order to provide emergency care, there must be a dentist actually available for patients with emergencies, which is not a feature that Aspen Dental actually provides. They told me I was welcome to sit in the dentist office from 4-8PM on Mondays or 1-5 PM the rest of the week and hope someone could see me, but that it was very busy and it wasn't likely. ??????? And who has time to sit for hours on end without knowing whether or not they will be seen....
