I went here and was not told that I had cavities until I went to check out and the receptionist said I needed to make an appointment for it. Then was told I had not only one but four. After another ba d experience here I decided to go to a different dentist. They informed me that I had no cavities at all.
Dr. Pollo is wonderful. The problem with this practice is not the competency of the dentists or hygenist, it's the awful office staff and their business manager.I have experienced outrageous mistakes in billing, the ineptitude of the staff to file dental claims in an expedient and reliable way. Now my friend has had a claim against her and her husband for $<url removed> because the idiots did not file the claim with CAREFIRST ( really!) correctly. The business manager turned the bill over to collections a year later when it was obviously her error. I have advised my friend to seek counsel.
