This was the absolute worst dental experience I've ever had. Merritt Mill has one shining star, a woman named Kimberly who works at the front desk. She's perfectly courteous and was the ONLY reason I was a patient as long as I was. Phone calls with nearly every other staff member ended in shouting matches. I was given misinformation time and again. I was charged for services I never had done. There were numerous attempts to overcharge me for services I did have. I was misinformed about procedures over and over, and when I asked for clarification from Dr. Poli in particular, he refused to perform the actual procedure. The office manager was completely unapologetic, but unable to justify the above mentioned actions. I left the office in tears. Dental work can be painful enough. Spare yourself the additional frustration and anguish, and find another dental practice.

Horrible, horrible place. The dentists speak very poor English, and are irritable and nasty when you ask them to clarify. There is NO gentleness or understanding at all. The book keeping practices are more than questionable. I paid cash in full at each and every visit, it was required. No problem with that, but 3 yrs later they began sending me overdue notices for over $300. I called, was told the "last office manager had a penchant for taking cash payments and not noting it in the file" and if I didn't have a receipt (after 3 YEARS) I owed the money. Um, NO. I don't know how many people they were able to rip off in this manner, but I wasn't one of them. I would give no stars if possible. Thieves!!
