Since my deantal checkup and cleaning they have fraudulently billed me for the following:
-Several charges in excess of the agreed ammount reimbursed by Concordia for the cleaning and xrays (Illegal, and a breech of the contract with Concordia. No other dentist has ever tried this)
- Emergency visit? (never existed was scheduled for weeks)
-Palliative treatment (I just had a cleaning)
-A third visit (even the second visit was b/c they split the exam and cleaning, there NEVER WAS SUCH A VISIT)

Ive had many checkups and cleanings via my current dental insurance, and never incurred a charge.


I had one visit to this office and they were so busy (very assembly line types with rushed everything), that they told me there was only enough time to to my xrays.

Panoramic serises of xrays was done, despite that I informed them that I had these done less than a year ago, and didnt want to get so much radiation exposure. They told me they had to do them so I went along with it.

They then rescheduled me for the cleaning on a subsequent visit (waste of my time).

If you like your credit and time, avoid this office.
