They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. As in anyplace there where a few times that I was not happy with the staff, but all of the MD's that I have dealt with have been the BEST. I have had to take both of my children to them. My older son (who is 9) is the one that has been seen the most by the MD's. We had to bring him when he was 2 1/2 years old. The MD's were one of the kindest, most caring MD's I've ever dealt with. They spoke to my son 1st and talked to him as a little person not just a file. They also spoke to us so we could understand all the tearms they where using. Sometimes the wait is long, but I do not mind waiting for a MD who cares and I can trust. .
