Kind, informative, almost pain free!

If you or your child has a dental emergency, don't expect the on-call emergency dentist to answer your call any sooner than a few hours later when you (or in this case, your child) are at the ER being treated by someone who has no dental training. And don't bother taking young children here - they say they work with them (although not very well if your child has any fear of the dentist), but if it comes to anything more extensive than a cleaning or small filling, they won't touch it, forcing you to take your child elsewhere. And they won't help you find a dentist who can help either. Nope, you are on your own. However, they will gladly charge your insurance $140 for a 5 minute consultation to tell you they won't treat your child. My family and I will not be going back to this dentist.
