Dr. Green's office is horribly run! Their billing system is inefficient, I have been there once and my experience there so far is not a good one. They billed out for incorrect procedure codes and try to charge me for their error. When I called the office to resolve the issue, the woman who claimed to be the "manager" would not even give me her name and kept hanging the phone upon me when I asked to speak to someone else. I definitely will be filing a grievance with my insurance company needless to say. Moreover, I am surprised that this office is still running with rude and incompetent staff like that!

I was referred to Dr. Stephen Green's office for a tooth lengthening procedure. The front office receptionist called to verify my insurance coverage - she repeated my full social security number out loud in the waiting room area.

I was charged 41.00 for the initial exam and 920.00 for one tooth lengthening. The doctor numbed my gums and proceeded to cut away. I was not fully numb and it was extremely painful. Also I was not given any pain killers at all.
