My visit was not what I expected. I feel like a lot of the disapointment I experienced could have been avoided if they had explained everything upfront.. They were happy to help me because it was supposed to be free but they did not tell me they would bill my insurance company. Maybe they just operate this way but my insurance only pays a fixed amount per year. They did not explain my dental procedure to me, and I wish they had given me more information. I was very disgusted with them when I was told I could not get my xray until I paid more money which I refused. I would not recommend this dental provider.
