They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. Their office definitely could have used a thorough cleaning. It was pretty disgusting.
