I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Ordered expensive and unnecessary x-rays that were not covered by the insurance company. Seemed unsure as how to proceed. Stated they would not be getting back to me right away, and this much was very true. By the time they deceided what avenue to proceed with and called me back, I had found another Surgeon that even stated additional x-rays were not necessary, and scheduled an appointment for dental work.
