I took my daughter for the first time when she was 2 1/2 years old. The staff was very friendly, but the dentist was not as friendly as I had expected based on all the great reviews she has gotten (we did not see or meet her husband - the other dentist). My daughter cried the entire time, but the whole exam only lasted less than 10 minutes. Now, it's time for another check up and I'm on the fence if we should give them another try. Maybe it was just a bad day?
They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. \
