Im going to be a new patient of Dr.Garber and would like to know if there is anyone who could give me some feedback on a few questions pertaining to Dr.Garber. I am very fed up with always having to change doctors due to circumstances out of my control. So now im looking for a long term doctor and will not sign on to a new doctor unless i find one.Have other patients experienced a healthy long term relationship with Dr.Garber or does he come across as a doctor who cant keep a commitment to be considered a long term doctor to his patients? Another problem is always feeling as though im being judged for the choices ive made in life but no longer make those bad decisions. So i hardly feel comfortable opening up and i can never move forward in my treatment due to me not wanting to share my past life experiences. Does anyone get that feeling with Dr.Garber or does he seem to not judge people and hold things against them but to focus on what benefits the patient and to focus on making a better tomorrow? I feel that these are the two main issues that have been holding me back from truly being able to move forward in my recovery or a lack of feeling that my doctor is in my corner working with me and not against me.Please if there are other patients out there that can answer these questions it would help me in finding out if i have a chance to move forward with Dr.Garber or if i should keep searching....Thank you
