I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for days that I know could've been avoided. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
