I was refered to this Doc by my general practiconer. My "gp" told me this doc's office would call me to make an appointment. I waited a week with no contact and called my "gp" back and was told Dr. Wagner's office sent me a letter in which they gave me an appointment for 30 days out. I never heard of such a practice but I was told I could call them to verify the appointment and change it if necessary. I did and spoke to a very condecending lady who was not pleasant. I was just trying to confirm the appointment date I was given by my "gp". I'm a pleasant guy on the phone but the lady seemed to have an attitude from the start of our call. I finally told her she was rude and she hung up the phone on me. Needless to say I rescheduled for another doc , any doc.... to spend my $ with. Wagner may be a skilled physician but at least one lady at his practice needs some interpersonal skills training.
