Our practice was founded in Lowell in 1987 and has grown to include ten surgeons and physicians.

The doctors at Orthopaedic Surgical Associates have sub-specialty orthopaedic training by the top educational programs in the nation and all doctors are board-certified. Our practice encompasses the entire range of orthopaedic conditions in both pediatric and adult patients. Highly recommend this talented surgeon and his staff. Dr. Alter surgically corrected my carpal tunnel with amazing results. I was back to work after 1 day and back to all activities after 1 week. My hand hasn't felt this good in years.
