I had to have dentures and found it hard emotionally. Felicia.............what can I say. You are the best. Not only is she great at her job, but she has a sweetness about her that really made me feel so much better. They are lucky to have her. Always keep your compassion and sweetness. It's hard to find someone who cares so much about their clients.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
