My family and I have been a patient since he first open his office. Will absolutely return. I always have a good experience, and they are by far the best I've ever seen. The dentist and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Their office is well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. The only problem I have with this office is the billing. It's a little confusing, but they always take the time to explain it.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I was not satisfied with my visit... not much was accomplished and I felt confused and uneasy upon leaving. I visited a different dentist after receiving a confusing bill. Dr Mcdanials office charged me for fillings on 6 teeth but only 2 fillings were performed. They also charged for White fillings and they used Silver. They refuse to negotiate on the bill even with proof.
