They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I had several questions, but they didn't all get answered. I could have definitely used more information. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.
