The office was easy enough to find. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Dr.Gordon didn't seem interested in getting to know me. More just like trying to prove she was smart. Her office left me hanging about how I should get follow up. The front desk staff is especially rude- no eye contact, refusing to take a message when I called for follow up (although somehow when I told them that they did it before, I was miraculously transferred to the nurse line) I feel like they slighted me. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
