I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was easy enough to find.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
