I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I do wish they had a payment plan system set up for people who may not necessarily be able to pay in full but could work out a payment. I think this is one reason more people don't go to a dentist more often is they simply cannot afford it.
