It made me nervous when I didn't see their diplomas or credentials displayed anywhere. Every other doctor I've been to always displays them, so when I couldn't find them I started to doubt their qualifications. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting.
