I wouldn't suggest this place for any one getting dentures,for price they charged and the service received very disapointing and I still am.I have to wait another four more years then I'll be able to get new dentures that fit.Dr.Falco said he would make it right after 5 visits I should gone some where else after the first visit he said he could do inplants for another $2800. a discount would be $2100. not charging for one after paying $1800. for the dentures I didn't have the cash at the time. I thought he should have been able to tell from all the impressions if the dentures would fit. having to make several visits to get adjustments around the 6th trip He didn't bother with even speaking to me. I wish he would have kept his word about making me happy with dentures from his office.next time somewhere else for sure.

I have been to another dentist in Hopkinsville, and he tore my gums up just doing a routine cleaning, because his hygienist was out that day. I have been reluctant to try another dentist again, but I was very relieved to find that Pennyrile was just the type of place you would find in a big city like I am accustomed to, but their prices are small town which makes it so much better! And Dr. Falco was very sweet, and didn't seem like he was rushing, even though he had quite a few patients. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
