Training Dr. Scalf Served as a U.S. Army Dentist from June 1983 - June 1987. Dr. Scalf continued to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Dental Officer while building his practice, and in August 1990 he was activated to active duty during Desert Shield-Desert Storm until May 1991.
