Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They really care about informing their patients, and made sure I understood all of my treatment's risks and benefits. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I noticed their diplomas and credentials hanging on the wall as soon as I walked in. It immediately made me even more confident that I was seeing someone who was qualified. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
