Well Let Me Just Start By Saying : DONT GO TO HIM!!!!!!! WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! STAFF NON SOCIALABLE, SURGEON NOT VERY NICE!!!!! THERE ALL THE MONEY NOTHING ABOUT YOU!!!!!!! I HAD TWO WISDOM TEETH CUT OUT! COUPLE DAYS LATER ALOT OF SWELLING , BUT WAS OK...... THEN A WEEK LATER MY FOLLOW UP, THE NIGHT BEFORE I LAID IN BED COULD NOT SLEEP WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN!!!!!!!!! TOLD THE ASSISTANT THIS AND THE DR THIS, AND HE JUST PLAYED IT OFF!!!!! I TOLD HIM I HAD HAD THE MOST INTENSE PAIN IVE EVER HAD AND THEY ACTED AS IF IT WAS NOTHING!!!! RINSED MY MOUTH AND SENT ME HOME, SAYING THIS WAS NORMAL!!!!! A FEW DAYS LATER STILL IN INTENSE PAIN I WENT TO MY REGULAR DENTIST, AND I HAD DRY SOCKET ONE OR BOTH SIDES, HE PUT THAT PASTE IN MY RIGHT CAVITY AN TEN MINS LATER I FELT MUCH BETTER, ITS NOW DAY 12 AND IM SLWLY GETTING BETTER THNKS TO MY DENTIST NOT DR ALLEN!!!! I GIVE HIM NO STARS!!!!!!!!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Your receptionist in the Glasgow office was very hateful..You all would probably do better, if you would train her to be more curtious..
