They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive
