Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. My kid almost almost dozed off while waiting to see the pediatrician. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy. They didn't listen to my concerns and argued with me about the value of my participating, gaining knowledge about the assessment of my daughter. That's just bad business. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as irrelevant and of little value. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit.
