Their staff is very friendly and professional. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on.

I've got several complaints with this dentist concerning myself and my family.

The staff tried to fit the wrong crown in my mouth. After 15 or more minutes, they went and got the dentist who noticed it was not even the correct side of the mouth. Turned out to be another patient's crown, who had the same first name. The crown was too small to fit in the first place. Prior to finding out the tooth was incorrect, the dental assistant wanted to take off more of my remaining tooth to try and get it to fit. (without numbing it.)

Also, received a MASSIVE diagnosis for my daughter, after she had been seeing this dentist for 2 years. The bill was more than $5,000 and was quite the shocker. Called a friend, who was both a dentist and an old neighbor, for a recommendation of another dentist in our area for a second opinion. My daughter saw them yesterday and does not need half the work this dentist suggested. The cost for doing half the work they found was only $100 copay and she will have the remaining work done next week. (8 fillings versus 4 crowns.... nuf said) ALSO, one of the crowns this dentist installed 6 months ago, already has decay underneath it and needs to be corrected. The new dentist was surprised the crown had only lasted as short a time as it had. This will be taken care of next month, due to our scheduling through the holidays.

There are other reasons for us not visiting this dentist, but the above should help anyone reading here to make an educated choice.

Be very cautious if you decide to visit this dentist. My family will not visit again.
