I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
