It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. I injured myself at 12:30 and was seeing this physician by 1:30. That doesn't happen anywhere with specialists, especially surgeons - but it happened here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
