While his level of work isn't bad, his customer service stinks. He gets very rude if you have anything you might have a simple question about. I know everyone has 'bad days' so I overlooked the first time it happened. The second time it happened is inexcusable. The level of disrespect he shows his patients who might as a question really needs to be worked on.

Everyone has a different experience and ours was not good. Lee at the front desk was rude and if this is Dr. Baxter's representation of his office then there is no need to return.
