Good Staff! His staff is very thorough and just ready to help. I appreciated going to Dr. Lockhart, because he was the 2nd doctor I saw for my pregnancy, after going to a doctor who was a part of a bigger practice. He knew what he was talking about. I never felt that I was given the wrong advice, ever. He operates out of Anne Arundel which has a good labor unit. I went to him for my first pregnancy, and he wasn't as sensitive to that situation as he could be, BUT I'll take a knowledgeable doctor over an understanding doctor any day.

To put it short, I recommend him. He gets patients in and out, so go with your questions in mind before hand.
