I am shocked at the negative reports from other people. As a health care provider myself, I found an incredibly friendly doctor and staff. I will definitely stay with her for the long haul, particu larly because Dr. Peet extremely smart and knows the perfect tests, medications to order and spends as much time as needed in patient education. This is something I have never found elsewhere. She is capable of dealing with complicated patients of all ages. It's a shame others have had a negative experience because Dr. Peet has so much to offer and her staff is wonderful. I can't imagine what they are talking about. They offer the great pricing and deal efficiently with most insurance. Their office equipment is very appropriate for a small office. What else could you possibly ask for in a doctor?
This Doctors office is unfortunate. The lady at the front desk sorely lacks customer service skills. She's rude, unorganized and hostile. She refuses to make exceptions when circumstances call for fl exibility and gives the air that the office is desperate for money. This office lacks the technology to take payment over the phone and insist that payments be made by check or money order even in this age of Paypal or other 3rd party payment applications that would be more convenient for the. They also have to out source all X-rays and Lab test because there is no equipment on site. If Dr. Peet has any interest in customer retention, this office needs to step into the times and fire the off-putting, offensive lady at the front desk. I wont be returning.
