They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
