This office is run like a business. It is well run but it is not friendly. The doctors are very competent but are there to answer questions, fix problems and move on to the next patient. It is up to you to make sure you let them know everything what might be wrong-- you get a limited amount of intense attention. It can work well. They are very good but don't expect to chat. They are not good at getting you same day (or even same week) appointments for something that comes up unless you are willing to go to a physician's assistant. And it can take months to get a well-check up. But i am still going so i must like them well enough.

I have been a patient there for years and called to make an appointment because I had an issue. They confirmed my appointment over the phone as well as my insurance. When I arrived for my appointment they tell me that they don't accept my insurance anymore. (Really..... they confirmed it 2 weeks ago) I guess they figured they would get me to the office and I would be ok paying $300 out of pocket. Clearly the office staff doesn't care about the patient. They could have told me they didn't take my insurance when I made the appointment as well as when they called to confirm. What a way to lose a 10 year patient.
