I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They were way too rough while they were flossing my teeth. My gums bled for days. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly.I would give no stars if possible. Went in for what I thought was an impacted molor and was verbally abused, accused of not brushing my teeth, which is a load of crap. The dentisit did not even speak to me other than to say "its not going to heal itself" I had no clue what was going on and I was in so much pain taking 4 advil ever 1-2 hours and was told just OD we dont care..... NEVER GO TO ABG DENTAL....

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were very patient and friendly with my 5 yr old daughter. She enjoyed her visit and is looking forward to returning.
